BOQ Agents
Draft, Import, Review, Compare & Items build tender-ready bills on every plan, including Free. They are not free to run: each one spends credits (Excel import is the exception). Building and editing a bill by hand, and your personal rate library, cost nothing.
SMM2 output
Multiple bills per project, custom columns, per-bill markup and Addenda / Variation Orders for post-issue changes. PDF export works on every plan with a watermark; clean, password-protected PDFs unlock on Pro & Max.
Credits & renewals

Pricing questions
Which plan should I start with?
Start on Free to try Analyse and the BOQ Builder. Choose Pro if you price work every week: 2,000 credits covers about 400 Estimate, Trends, Compare rates or Advise runs a month. Choose Max if several projects run at once or you draft whole BOQs often, since it doubles the credits for RM50 more.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Paid skills pause until your credits renew on your next billing date. You can move from Pro to Max at any time from this page: your Pro plan stops and a new Max month starts that day, with its 4,000 credits.
How do I cancel?
Open Account, Billing and choose Cancel subscription. Billing stops, and you keep your plan and credits until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can reactivate before then with one click.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. A PDF receipt is emailed after every payment and kept under Account, Billing, where you can download it again.
Is there a student price?
Yes: Caprix Edu. Students get the full Pro plan, with 2,000 credits a month, for RM25 a month. Your Caprix account must use your university email on a .edu domain (such as .edu.my), and you confirm it from the link we email you when you sign up. Then choose Get Caprix Edu on this page. The student price is confirmed again once a year: we email a link to your university address a month before it is due, and if it is not confirmed the plan stops renewing at the end of that paid month.
Can my company pay for several people?
Yes. A Corporate account puts your team on one company invoice with shared projects and a company rate library. Email us with your team size.
