Quantity surveyor software for Malaysia
A quantity surveyor's work runs from the first budget to the final account. Caprix AI puts twelve skills behind that work, all drawing on the same Malaysian material, labour and machinery data, so the rate you check at feasibility is the rate that prices the bill.

Construction Intelligence: seven skills in one chat
Describe the task in plain language and Caprix selects the right skill and prepares its form for you to review and run.

Unit rates by state, year and month, each with its full price history. On every plan.
Compare rates
One item across states, or two to four rates side by side over time.

A full elemental cost breakdown from a one-line building brief.
Trends
How the Tender Price Index and cost indices have moved, plus a forecast for any unit rate.
Track
A watchlist of up to 10 rates that updates itself when newer prices land.
Research
Official DOSM, Bank Negara and MOF statistics, read alongside Caprix indices and rates.
Advise
Contract guidance on payment, delay, LAD and CIPAA, from Malaysian case law and your PDFs.
BOQ Agents: five skills in the BOQ Builder
Draft
Drafts the full SMM2 bill structure from a brief: trades, correctly worded items and units.
Import
Reads an Excel or PDF bill and structures it into a clean, editable BOQ.
Items
Drafts the missing items for one bill, for you to review before they are added.
Review
Checks a finished bill for missing trades, wrong units and off rates.
Compare
Puts two to five priced projects side by side and explains the gap, line by line.
The Builder is open on every plan. Building a bill by hand, composing rate build-ups and importing from Excel are free; AI actions spend credits; the tender-ready PDF preview and export is on Pro and Max.
Comparing tenders and projects like for like
Two projects are rarely priced in the same year or built in the same state. Compare puts them on a common footing first: it adjusts figures in time with the tender price index and across states with the regional cost index, and tells you which adjustments it applied. Then it explains the differences, so you can tell a real gap from one that is only geography and timing.
Built for teams as well
A Corporate account puts a whole estimating team under one company plan, with a single invoice and credits held as a shared pool or per seat. Projects are private until you share them, with everyone or only the teammates you pick, and a shared bill is live: two people can work on it at once, with rows locked while someone is typing. The Company Library gives the team one shared rate book.
What Caprix does not do
Caprix does not measure quantities from drawings or models. Draft writes the bill structure and wording and leaves quantities and rates blank on purpose: you measure, then price. If your quantities come from a model, see BIM and 5D cost estimating.
